This plan is for healthy users in 18-55 age group with no evidence of any medical condition, but carrying risk, considering the life of a metro/large city or the stressful working environment. The aim is to enable users to prevent occurrence of any adverse medical condition through regular monitoring of health metrics, maintain active, balanced life for good metabolism, mental health & remain in green zone.  

This plan covers yellow and red zone users who are in 35+ age group with a diagnosed medical condition or users in 45+ age group who are healthy but the metrics are borderline and carry high risk of slipping into chronic disease zone. The aim is to guide users to adopt a comprehensively designed plan to recover their health gradually through qualitative means, avoid hospital visits and gradually reduce medication.
